It is going to be a tough year. Evil still has enormous power, even within democratic countries, where fairness demands that it be allowed to exist, side-by-side with good.

The struggle of class vs. class is a political struggle, and that struggle is now between the ultra-rich and the merely comfortable.

Require those who want to reach the community to put money into a pot for governing discussions. Moderators will be paid for through the pot, and they will build the rest of the structure. The underlying software should also be open source, which is the best governance model of all.

There are going to be accidents. There are going to be crashes. There are going to be casualties. We can act now to limit the damage but make no mistake. There will be damage.

Amazon is too big and too diverse to be run by one dude. Put a positive public face on each division. You’ll get better leaders that way, and a better public image.
