I know you don't care about this but Atlanta Spirit can't sell the Thrashers because they lose a key tenant for Philips Arena, which they also bought. The only real solution is to sell the whole package, and even Arthur Blank can't do that without help. And he wants to build a new stadium — Home Depot money only goes so far.
