Hey, fans!

I have a new work of fiction out on Amazon.

Reluctant detective cover

The Reluctant Detective Travels in Time follows the further adventures of Marnie Stein, a middle-aged fan of murder mysteries, as she solves crimes she really wants no part of.

This time, our heroine finds herself in 19th century London, as the landlord of a detective who can't solve his own wife's murder. Occupying the mind of a widow who is renting out a townhouse she inherited to boarders, Marnie has to deal with the city's daily life and not just one, but three boarders, each with a problem only she can solve.

Who killed Adam Forge's late wife, and why? What is the mystery ailment bedeviling the tenant in her garrotte? Who is the opthalmalogist who shares the detective's room, and what should he be doing with his life?

Marnie doesn't want to be a detective, but only she can solve these mysteries. Her return home depends upon it.

And the Kindle Edition is just $2.99, free if you use Kindle Unlimited.

Enjoy. Let me know how you like it.
